Ethanol
NorMinn Industrial provides maintenance, shutdown, and capital project support for ethanol facilities, including work on hammermills, grain conveyors, bucket elevators, slurry pumps, agitators, centrifuges, distillation equipment, evaporators, and DDGS dryers. Our millwrights, pipefitters, boilermakers, and welders perform equipment installation and replacement, bearing and gearbox repairs, precision alignment, and process piping modifications. We also service boilers, steam and condensate piping, heat exchangers, and regenerative thermal oxidizers to help keep production and plant utilities operating reliably.
Oilseed Crush Plants
NorMinn Industrial supports soybean and other oilseed processing facilities with work on seed conveyors, bucket elevators, cleaners, cracking mills, flaking rolls, conditioners, cookers, presses, extractors, and desolventizer-toaster equipment. Our crews provide equipment installation, mechanical repairs, bearing and gearbox replacement, precision alignment, and maintenance of meal handling and loadout systems. We also install and repair process piping, pumps, heat exchangers, boilers, and steam and condensate systems during shutdowns, facility expansions, and ongoing maintenance.
Sugar
NorMinn Industrial supports sugar processing facilities with maintenance and installation services for beet receiving conveyors, wash equipment, slicers, diffusers, pulp presses, pulp dryers, evaporators, vacuum pans, centrifugals, and sugar handling equipment. Our crews perform conveyor repairs, bearing and gearbox replacement, precision alignment, and process equipment installation. We also provide boiler repairs, high-pressure steam piping, condensate system work, and maintenance support for pumps and heat exchangers during campaign preparation, production repairs, and offseason shutdowns.
Agricultural
NorMinn Industrial installs and maintains bucket elevators, drag conveyors, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, grain cleaners, distributors, spouting, gates, and loadout equipment. Our millwrights repair and replace bearings, gearboxes, conveyor chains, belts, pulleys, and elevator components to help keep grain moving through receiving, storage, and shipping systems. We also provide structural steel work for equipment supports, platforms, and access improvements, along with equipment replacement and expansion projects planned around harvest and shipping demands.

Food Production
NorMinn Industrial provides mechanical maintenance and installation services for food production equipment, including ingredient conveyors, mixers, blenders, cookers, ovens, dryers, pumps, and packaging lines. Our millwrights support conveyor drives, bearings, gearboxes, and equipment alignment, while our pipefitters install and repair stainless steel process piping and clean-in-place piping. We also support heat exchangers, boilers, steam and condensate systems, and compressed air piping, coordinating work around each facility’s sanitation requirements and production schedule.
Power Generation
NorMinn Industrial supports power generation facilities with repairs and installation work on boilers, boiler tubes, feedwater pumps, condensate pumps, deaerators, fans, dampers, soot blowers, and fuel and ash handling equipment. Our crews provide high-pressure steam piping, valve replacement, conveyor maintenance, equipment setting, and precision alignment of rotating equipment. With ASME S, U, and PP certifications and the National Board R stamp, we support qualified fabrication and repairs during planned outages, emergency maintenance, and plant improvement projects.

NorMinn Industrial supports wood products facilities with mechanical work on log decks, debarkers, saw lines, chippers, screens, wood and residue conveyors, dryers, presses, and dust collection equipment. Our millwrights provide equipment installation, bearing and gearbox replacement, conveyor repairs, and precision alignment of motors and driven equipment. Our crews also repair boilers, steam and condensate piping, process piping, and regenerative thermal oxidizers, while supporting structural steel modifications, equipment removal, and shutdown projects.
Chemical Processing
NorMinn Industrial provides mechanical and piping services for chemical processing equipment, including reactors, mixing vessels, agitators, pumps, heat exchangers, condensers, filters, centrifuges, and storage tanks. Our crews perform equipment installation and replacement, precision alignment, valve replacement, and process piping fabrication and repair using materials specified for the application. We also support boilers, steam and condensate systems, equipment platforms, and structural supports, completing shutdown and capital project work within each facility’s isolation procedures and safety requirements.
Pulp & Paper
We support pulp, fiber, and paper processing facilities with maintenance and construction services around continuous manufacturing and process systems. Our crews perform equipment setting and alignment, pump and agitator work, tank and vessel repairs, piping modifications, structural steel changes, and maintenance shutdown support.
Routinely assisting with chip and fiber handling equipment, conveyors, and process support systems, we understand the demands of scheduled outages and extended maintenance windows and coordinate closely with plant maintenance and operations teams to safely complete work while minimizing disruption to production.
